you can definitely start on a much smaller scale; even a weeks' worth makes a big difference. Another thing I do to make my life easier is just buy some bulk packages of hamburger, brown it up with some onion, drain and cool it, and freeze it in ziploc bags. 2 1/2 cups cooked equals a pound of hamburger, and a bag thaws in the microwave in 2 minutes. You can have spaghetti on the table in 15 minutes and not even break a sweat.

I cannot begin to tell you how intrigued I am by this idea. I really need to start doing this, even if I start on a smaller scale. The daily "what's for dinner?" question is killing me. Having a month's worth of meals at the ready makes so much sense on so many levels. I will look forward to following your adventures!
