you can definitely start on a much smalle...</title><content type='html'>Cathy -&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;you can definitely start on a much smaller scale; even a weeks' worth makes a big difference. Another thing I do to make my life easier is just buy some bulk packages of hamburger, brown it up with some onion, drain and cool it, and freeze it in ziploc bags. 2 1/2 cups cooked equals a pound of hamburger, and a bag thaws in the microwave in 2 minutes. You can have spaghetti on the table in 15 minutes and not even break a sweat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Steph - &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ha! I never thought about it like Christmas cookie baking, but yeah, it's a lot like that, but not quite as much fun. Having a month's worth of meals at the ready makes so much sense on so many levels.
