It was yumbly! Very dense and pound-cakey, although short of putting ugly preservatives in, I dunno how to keep those cakes fresh. The crumb looks so nice and tight...almost like a sara lee!! I can't stand it when cakes dry out. At least yours lasted until the next day. I've had cakes dry out on me a few hours later and that's just heartbreaking.
